bad name choices for the Transformers line...

G2 - TURBOFIRE

This was my third review ever and as you can see it was barely a review. I LOVE short reviews that are to the point, so I was trying to keep them under 60 seconds. I am not Nicholas Cage however....and I am not wearing my hat that I wear almost everyday, all the time. I sleep in it. I bath in it. I have sex in it. Ask my wife! She hates it.

GRAY PLASTIC not my FRIEND

I know the economy is suffering, but do we have to suffer as consumers/collectors because of it? Every Transformers figure that is coming out these days either has substandard plastic or nasty gray plastic. Don't get me wrong, some of these molds are bad ass. If I were a plastic fembot I would totally jump Bludgeon's bones, but I am a 28 year old geeky toy collector who wants my bots looking like they do on the packaging. On most of the figures, like Bludgeon or Lockdown, its just a little annoying. However, when I got Scattershot, it was just plain terrible. Great mold, nice detail, but almost half of him was made of that horrible gray plastic. So I took matters into my own hand and repainted him how I thought he should have come. might not be everyone's taste, but I think he is a shit ton better.
